 |  |  | I work for Computer Security Products and about 2 months ago my new general manager made my Continuous Improving Team read the "Getting to $1 Billion" Zappos presentation. It was very interesting to hear all of the different stories and how you guys have the best customer service around. So, this past Friday I decided to do my own research to see how good you guys really are. I must say I was able to become a "Raving Fan" of yours. I placed my order after work Friday and Monday morning when I came in to sit down at my desk my Zappos order was sitting right beside
it. I couldn't believe it. My general manager was speechless as well. (I talked about my experience in my CIT meeting). Unfortunately I'm returning 2 out of the 3 shoes I purchased. BUT once it is all set I will be placing another order. I really appreciate how my order has been handled, even down to the easy return process! Also Zappos has an order with us that will ship this week. I hope my staff was helpful!
