Just What I Was Looking For -
I like these shoes! I wanted a slip-on in finished leather for casual office & home use. The leather is mock cow texture, my favorite, seamless, easy to clean & polish. I like their looks a lot. They are comfortable, stay on well, and have a just-right slight movement when walking. I'd buy another pair.

This is the second pair I bought of the same shoe! I literally wore out the other pair.

The Roper performance shoe is literally the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and I have gone through three pairs of them in about 5 years, the last pair I wore until just a couple of months ago. They got so worn out that they were splitting across the top of the shoe, but keep in mind I was wearing these shoes every single day and since I work with horses they got into everything imaginable and got wet every day, from me giving horses baths. They probably would have lasted longer if I had cleaned and oiled them regularly. They have plenty of toe room, very important for my arthritic feet and have a thick sole for limiting concussion. You will not go wrong with these. I think this company is selling them at too high a price though... A really GREAT shoe with comfort galore.

Absolutely wonderful -
I cautiously bought these for my husband who has been for a time unable to find a good pair of shoes that didn't cost a bundle. I used this website and expected to return these shoes. Well, my husband tried them on and absolutely loved them. I even kept the box for about a week, thinking he was going to change his mind. He wears them every day and compliments them often.

I've never had a shoe that is as comfortable in my 58 years. The pair I'm wearing now has been worn daily for the last 3 years. I can feel the sole starting to wear a little thin and the interior is getting a little thread bare. Only complaint is cleated sole picks up large quantities of dirt and hard to get clean, then gets tracked into house where it begins to fall off in large clumps. You should make it available with a much smoother sole, and then it would be perfect.

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
