I love the looks of these shoes and was delighted, as well, with the superb service from Zappos. As for comfort, I ended up buying gel inserts for the ball of the foot. I never would have made it through the evening without them but with them, the shoes were remarkably comfortable.

Not bad for a wedding -
I wore these shoes as a bridesmaid last week. I was in them from about 1 PM until 10 PM, at which point, I switched to flip-flops for the reception. Given how long I had them on, I feel they were pretty comfortable. I never noticed them being painful, although I was glad to get the flip-flops on later. They were nice and stable. The heel height was very walkable, and I'll be wearing them again as a bridesmaid in another wedding next month.

This shoe was great. I bought it for my daughter to wear with a bridesmaid dress for her brother's wedding. It looked great and she was comfortable all night in the shoes. (She normally wears converse sneakers every day!)

A beautiful shoe with heels, but not too high. Fits fine now that I finally found the right size. The sparkly rosette decoration coordinates with my dress. I won't be wearing them until daughter's wedding in September, so no comment on comfort as yet.

Making wide feet look comfortable and pretty -
I love my shoes and they fit perfectly. When you wear a WW, it is so hard to be comfortable and have pretty shoes.

I ordered these and the "Hot Date" style also from David Tate. I was worried that these looked too old-fashioned – I was totally wrong. They looked great, and are flattering on my fat feet. I haven't worn them for any length of time yet, but just on inspection: the rosette is glued on. On one shoe, it is not perfectly centered. On the other, the glue leaks out a little around the rosette. Small, tiny imperfections that no one 'cept a Virgo like me would notice, and then only if they got down on the floor to inspect the shoes up close.

This shoe is absolutely gorgeous! I usually need a wide width but when I ordered it in a wide I found it to be too wide, so I exchanged it for a medium and it fits perfectly. The quality is wonderful, very well made and probably worth more than the asking price. It will be the perfect compliment to my wedding gown. I couldn't be happier with the styling or fit.

Pretty, but uncomfortable -
I'm sorry to write that these shoes were very uncomfortable. I wore them for my daughter's wedding and within an hour of wearing them, I had to take them off (and be barefoot) for the whole evening. They truly were beautiful looking shoes, but just very uncomfortable.

My Wedding Shoes -
As a grandma I was very doubtful that I would be comfortable in this beautiful sandal. My surprise was great because I wore this shoe all night and danced and danced. I am so grateful!

Daughter's Wedding Day -
I'm so glad I was able to get this shoe. I took this pair and another brand to the wedding site. I never wear heels and I was dreading how my feet were going to feel the day of and the day after our daughter's wedding. Since my feet are extremely painful in most shoes, and I practically live in gym shoes, I needed to have the option of changing shoes during the day of the wedding. I only wore the other brand for about 5 minutes and immediately knew I had to change into the David Tate's. I wore David Tate's Rosette the entire rest of the day and evening, and danced in them and was pleasantly surprised with minimally tired feet the next day and no blisters either. The shoe itself is very classy and I can see myself using it over and over again. The only problem I had was that the heel sunk into the rain soaked ground a little, as the wedding was in a garden. But that happened to all the women in heels. Your return policy makes shopping with Zappos so easy and painless!

Awesome Shoe - I really like this shoe. It feels great when I wear it. The straps do not bind so the shoes will be comfortable to wear for an extended period. The shoe is a beautiful color and will go nicely with my outfits. I am a member of a Red Hat Society chapter and wear of course purple and these shoes go very nicely with my dressier outfits. I in particular bought this shoe to wear to a convention this summer, where we are expected to dress formally after 6 p.m. Great Shoes. I would buy David Tate shoes again.

This shoe is great. It fits well and is comfortable. I like the height of the shoe. I have a wide foot and cannot find something that fits in the style that I like. You provide a wonderful variety of selections and sizes so that people with feet that do not have the average size can find something pretty. I also feel that your service was exceptional. This was the perfect shoe -
I bought this shoe for my daughter's wedding and it was perfect. I have foot issues and normally wear orthotics on a daily basis, however I had no trouble at all without them. I have wide feet and they were perfect. The shoes were comfortable, the heel was just the right height and I actually forgot I had them on until it was time to take them off hours later. I do quite q bit of my shoe shopping with Zappos. Great buy.

These shoes have a beautiful leather sole for dancing and the heel is just the right height. They have enough sparkle to dress up any special occasion. Unfortunately the champagne satin didn't match my dress... otherwise they are a keeper!

For a dress shoe, it's comfortable -
I have a large and wide foot, I don't wear heels very much, and these were perfect for a wedding I recently attended. By the end of the night, I was ready to take them off, but for most of the day, they were comfortable and good looking.

Beautiful shoe for my very wide feet -
This is such a fun shoe for my extra wide feet. The things that I get aren't usually this pretty or stylish. I wore them to my nephew’s baptism and everyone commented on them. I did not find them quite as comfortable as some of the other reviewers. I must confess that I never wear heels, so that could have been it to. I would recommend this shoe.

Mother of the Bride Shoes -
These shoes match my outfit perfectly. They fit very well at the front of the shoe, especially not cutting into my little toe. The heel strap needs to be higher. I had to take my shoes to a repair store to have them tightened so they wouldn't slip off my heel.

It is a very attractive and comfortable shoe. I have a very narrow foot and I ordered a slim which was too tight. I went to an AA and it is just right. This shoe is a good height and will dress up any outfit. I'm glad I found these shoes. Thank you Zappos!!

Nice shoe and good height -
This shoe turned out to be my favorite from about 11 different shoes I ordered for my wedding. It was the perfect height because I do not like tall heels. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come in ivory which is my dress color. So I picked the champagne instead. Only problem so far is that the straps do start to hurt, so I am breaking the shoe in early. Plus, I would have liked a bit of a cushy feeling. It will be my dancing shoe at the reception because of the lower height. Because of the color, I just can’t wear it during the service. Thanks! Bought these shoes for my daughter's wedding and they looked very nice. I have arthritis but they were still fairly comfortable. And I wasn't going to look dumpy for my daughter's big day! I would recommend them.

If I could meet David Tate, I would give him a huge hug. I have very hard to fit feet - or at least a size that is hard to find - 10 1/2 AA and this shoe fit perfectly. My toes aren't sliding out the front, the heel isn't too high or wobbly for someone used to wearing flats and they are so cute. The only problem I have is that the straps don't always stay in place - however, for me, it is so worth trying to figure something out for that just because they fit so well otherwise. And to Zappos: from someone whose shoe shopping experiences usually end up in utter frustration, disappointment, and sometimes close to tears, please know that your service, selection, and easy and free return process is so GREATLY appreciated. After a mix-up involving receiving two left shoes, I got mine in champagne and I really like them. I haven't officially worn them yet; my son is getting married this summer and I bought them for the wedding. I wear a wide size, so I looked early and am very pleased with their appearance and how they feel. I actually ended up with a half size smaller because my normal size felt and looked longer. However, I went a little wider to accommodate the inevitable July swell! I have to say the customer service people I visited with regarding the two left shoes I received in my original order were very easy to work with and took prompt care of my problem. I've bought from Zappos before and never had this problem, so for anyone contemplating buying online for the first time, don't worry. I think this was a fluke and of course, someone probably received two RIGHT shoes! Ya gotta laugh!
