Wished they fit better -
I bought these shoes for a wedding I'm in this October. They look great, but pinch in the toes (and the heel isn't even very high). The inside of the slingback strap also hits the arch of my foot at a weird place and is slightly uncomfortable. I decided to return them. Alas, my search for the perfect bridesmaid shoe continues...

The Movalo sandal was exactly as pictured; perfect fit and great with the prom dress. The best part, though, was the incredibly helpful and lightning fast service! Zappos made it the best online transaction I've ever experienced with any company - our whole family will now check with Zappos before ever going to a traditional store. Outstanding.

Although this shoe was wide, it did not accommodate for my bunions. After walking in the house for two weeks, however, it took on the shape of my foot. They look fantastic, and I am finally somewhat comfortable in heels.

Okay, but...
Sorry, had to send these back. They are cute, but I was looking for more of a true peep toe - sounds kinda crazy but the opening in the front showed more second toe than big toe and looked funny on me. They were fairly comfortable, the look just wasn't right for me.

These are very flattering and extremely comfortable. The sole is soft, and the width is true to size. I could wear them all day.

 |  | I have to commend you in your customer service. It has been absolutely perfect. My son ordered a pair of Vans from your company on Monday, 04/28 and received the shoes yesterday, 04/30. To say the least, this is the best service, by far, that we have ever had when ordering via an internet site. Not to mention he free shipping! We were originally concerned with the 4-5 delivery date as he is going to wear the shoes with his tux to the Jr. Prom this weekend, 05/03. He is absolutely thrilled they arrived early. Not only are we very happy with your service, but the selection of Vans on your site is exceptional.
