I strive to go over and beyond the duty of my job to give outstanding customer service. The only problem is that nowadays it's hard for me to go shopping anywhere and receive the same. from your website Zappos.com. I opted for the free shipping and I received an email telling me my order would be changed to overnight. I
couldn't believe it! I was so happy...seeing as though I hate waiting for things to come in the mail. Something about having the item in my hand when I buy it. I REALLY appreciate the overnight shipping and the wonderful emails. You are definitely a customer service oriented
