So cute but so disappointing -
I have to agree with the first reviewer. I wore these shoes once and already the front is scuffed and torn away from walking, and I just wore them to work. I was really mortified that they scuffed so easily. Save your money, do not buy these shoes.

CHEAP SHOE!
I love Zappos first of all... This shoe is very poorly made. The material is cheap. I wore these to a festival with lots of walking and dancing, and now my new shoes look like I've worn them everyday for 5 years. The leather on the toe is scratched completely off and the heel has already worn down. It is ridiculous. Not worth it. Find a shoe that has better quality.

 |  | I just received my shoes that I ordered YESTERDAY on my doorstep and I wanted to say thank you for the great service! I ordered these same shoes in the wrong size from a different website and it took 7 days to get to me. I don't mind how long items take to ship to me, but I never expected to get my shoes the very next day! They are also PERFECT. I really appreciate how carefully shipped they were. I also used the Live Chat feature you have on the website to ask a question about my shoes; that was great! Being able to easily contact someone so conveniently and so quickly also impressed me! I wish I remembered the name of the girl who had helped me...It was May 14th around 3pm to 4pm. She was a great help and answered my question right away. I never expected such great service! I'm very very impressed with the speed, efficiency, the availability of sizes, and all the great customer service! I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend Zappos.com to my friends and family as well. Thank you so much!
