I am addicted to the Addiction sneaker. With Fibromyalgia and Arthritis affecting my feet in a negative way, this wonderful shoe allows me to walk, stand, and function in my daily life with much less pain. The first time I slipped on the Brooks Addicition, I knew my search was over. My feet were thanking me immediately. (I had tried the Ariel, and I apologize , New Balance and Asics and never found the comfort and support the Addiction gives me.) Recently I changed from a wide to a double wide because my toes seem to be spreading (with age) and have found Nirvana again! Such bliss for my tootsies. This shoe is perfect for my condition, over pronation and pain management. Get yourself a pair. You've gotta love 'em!

These are the most comfortable athletice shoe I have ever bought. After many different brands I was happy to find these. I also bought the New Balance Country Walker also very comfy, great for the days when it is wet. More for cooler weather though.

These shoes are terrific! They provide full support, are lightweight, comfortable, and make me want to walk, stand, or be active. Like the color as it doesn't stand out as much as white shoes do, and does not show dust or dirt. Have worn them to travel, work, clean house, walk. Had the same shoe, previously (two years ago), and this one had to be one half size larger to fit correctly.

The shoes came very fast and were exactly what I wanted. The price was definitely competitive. I had shopped around a good bit before I bought. I've used Zappos before and will definitely use them again. I have recommended them to family and friends.

These athletic shoes were suggested by local long distance mountain runner; said if you have experienced foot issues, these shoes would take care of the issues. He was right! I was able to recover from planter fasciitis and resume my normal 10 - 15 miles of walking per week. My feet never get "hot", I don't experience "sore heels" or "Tingly Toes". The support they give allows me to be confident in my stride; I feel great for an overweight over 50 physically active woman!

These shoes are great. I have them in width D and EE (to wear with heavier socks and when my feet are swollen). My Dr. (Podiatrist) suggested the Brooks Addiction for the problems I have with my feet. They are well made, true to size and nice looking.

The Brooks Addiction shoes fit me very well as they are wide enough to take my heavy duty orthotics and they provide great stablility. This is at least the fourth pair of Brooks I have purchased.

I have worn these shoes before, but decided to try the wider width. They work much better, and the shoes help me avoid back and leg aches. Zappos' service was absolutely fantastic. I would never hesitate to order from Zappos.

I've been wearing Addiction for years. This shoe is really for people who have flat feet like me. Although Addiction 8 isn't perfect (I liked 6 the best, and 7 was terrible), this is still a good shoe, not too heavy but stiff enough to control instability of my feet.

These are my 4th pair of the Brooks Addictions. They are the best for wear and overall durability. I use them for work and I do 12 hour shifts and have arthritic feet and bad knees and these shoes remain comfortable throughout the long day. Zappos rocks for service and prices. Thanks.

I have flat feet, ankle issues, and need a lot of support and stability. These shoes give great stability. The only one negative is that the soles are pretty thick that they almost like like those MBT type shoes.

Simply the Best -
As a severe overpronator, I was fit for Brooks Addiction at a specialty running store almost 6 years ago. I bought them and haven't looked back since. The ride is smooth, the support is phenomenal, and the quality is excellent. While they don't make my gait look any better, something short of a miracle is enough for me.

I normally wear 8.5 size sports shoe. I was fitted with a size 9 and have been wearing them for almost one year. It has been supporting, not only my feet but my back as well. In other shoes or barefooted, my back would start aching in 15 minutes and my walking would be limited to 15 to 30 minutes. With these shoes I can be up, standing, walking for 5 or more hours (without an ache anywhere).

This shoe HUGS your foot -
The addiction is properly named. After all the research and fittings, I shall look no farther. So snuggly does this hold to my high arch and narrow heel that I need never take them off. Cheap (for us who can't wear shoes)...at any price, but ZAPPOS SERVICE is the BEST!

This is a great shoe, true to size. Since I am on my feet all day and working on cement floors, this shoe has lived up to what it says. I will definitely buy this one again.

This shoe works! I have tried a lot of sneakers, and this one really does the trick. I too have foot problems (don’t most of us). Worn with good 'walking socks' I can go for 6 miles without my feet hurting!

Great Shoes -
These shoes felt just great as soon as I took my first steps with them. I have been wearing them every day since they arrived. I had surgery for a torn tendon in my foot and have to wear good support for close to a year. I will continue to purchase this type of shoe, due to pronation.

Great shoe -
This is my second pair of these and I really like them. I have a narrow, flat foot and like to walk at good clip for exercise. These are comfortable from the start, light weight and quite supportive. I wish they came in other colors.

For runners that pronate, these are great -
The first time I tried these on I thought they were a bit too short. However, they are not and they are the best running shoes for people that over pronate. I love them, but I think they may be being discontinued which would be a sad thing for me.

I highly recommend these shoes. My feet are slightly wider then average so these shoes are good for women with wide feet. They are extremely comfortable.

Great for running and walking -
I bought these sneakers after reading great reviews on them. I was suffering from foot and leg pain from running and because I have flat feet and a low arch, I chose the Brooks Addiction 8. I absolutely love them. Not only do I no longer have any foot or leg pain when running, but I feel I am able to run longer. These sneakers fit true to size. I am an 8.5 normally and that’s what I ordered. They fit exceptionally well. If you have flat feet and need a comfortable running shoe, then this is the shoe for you!

Just what I've been searching for!
I love this shoe! It comfortably accommodates my orthotics and looks good, too! I wear them all day for teaching. The colors in the picture are accurate. The silver trim is very muted and doesn't look like chrome - unlike the current style on some running shoes today. Addiction is a great name for these. I'll be buying these again.

Great for foot problems -
I have plantar fasciitis, a bunion, and wear ortho inserts. This shoe accommodates all problems and is comfortable all day.There is plenty of toe room for my spreading forefoot. These are my second pair. They are stylish and don't look like orthopedic shoes. I highly recommend them!

AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping.
