 |  |  | I have been using Zappos for a couple of years now (maybe 3-4) - and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I have shared this with friends and family and will continue to do so. Zappos makes my busy life easier by keeping me out of the mall hunting for my everyday dress shoes for work. When one pair wears out - a couple of clicks and BOOM there's another on the way. Good job. I am wearing Dexters (penny loafers) this time around and they did wear a little funny. The heels went before the sole. Very strange, I assume the heels must have been "softer" than usual??? I may take them up for new heels to keep them in service a little longer when the new shoes arrive - - but anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about Zappos. I only wish everyone took customer relations as seriously as Zappos. I will be back.
