	I just want to take a moment to thank you for such fantastic service and quality products. I've only been using Zappos for about a year, but I spread the word frequently to my family, friends, and colleagues about Zappos. I have big feet and I live in a rural area, so shoe shopping for me involves many miles and time to travel to a mall or store that MIGHT have the size and style of shoes I need. A few days ago I called with an account question and the gal that I spoke to talked to me like I was her neighbor, simply friendly and genuine. I truly appreciated that.
