Overall, I like the shoe. I just think the toe opening is a bit weird. It is too big and small at the same time; that may not make sense unless you try it.

These shoes fit true to size. However, I have tried to wear them twice & they made blisters on both heels & the "big toe" area. I am going to wear bandaids the next time & see if after breaking in they won't cause blisters, because they are a comfortable fit.

Great! Made for me. Exceeds expectations! Bought 3 pairs! I am between a 6 1/2 and a 7 medium. 7 fits perfectly, so consider that when you order. I live in the subtropics and prefer an open toe. My heel is slender, so I have a problem with shoes slipping at the heel and added heel pads seem to melt off. The ankle strap solves this. I walk 5 miles inside at my job all day. The metatarsal padding is absolutely luxurious and the heel is not too high. The semi-thin heel of the shoe makes my legs look slender. I wish you had these in dark brown also. I would buy more.

Size 11 too small - I have a good (proper) size 11 foot, usually size 11 shoes are too small, and these fall in this category. I love the heel and they fit nicely snug in the heel and instep, but they're about half size too small and even if the length was right the front of the shoe is designed for wide feet. It's very loose at the ball of the foot, so that the foot slides forward too much and all weight rests on the toe opening - painful.

Bloch brand seems somewhat narrow. The cutout at the toe rubbed my big toe. I liked the Bloch Yasmin better. The sandal straps could be adjusted to prevent rubbing. The heel was also wider at the bottom and more stable.

I love this shoe. It feels very light when I'm dancing and is quite flexible. It gave me a blister on my big toe the first time I wore it.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos.
