Those shoes are beautiful and really nicely made. Unfortunately, they run really small. Like the others comments say, they are good for somebody with narrow feet, and also I would suggest to order one size bigger. Mine have to go back even though I absolutely love them. I wish they made them in 11. Zappos has a great service. I've got my shoes in 2 days!

Good little black shoe. The bow is subtle, but adds a girly touch and dresses up the shoe. The toes are a bit tight, but otherwise the shoe is fairly comfortable. Nice heel height.

Gorgeous Shoe for Narrow Feet -
I purchased this shoe in red for the holidays and it is by far the prettiest shoe I own. I love the detailing around the edges and the heel is the perfect height to be elegant yet still comfortable. The length of the shoe feels much larger than marked (I purchased it in a full size smaller than I normally buy shoes because I desperately wanted them and they didn't have them in my size--so I was surprised when my heel still slipped out the back!). However, the toe of the shoe is narrows very quickly and pinches after some time. I'm still hoping they'll break in and this won't be a problem anymore, but it's probably best to avoid this style if you have wider feet. Even so, it's totally worth it because they're just beautiful.

 | | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the dig deeper sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness. Rock over London, rock on Chicago. | | ~ Zachary S., November 07 2009
