My very first order experience with you was with a very kind lady who helped me get a pair of shoes for a trip. I had ordered the wrong color and had only a few days before my trip to get the right color. She sent me the right ones before I sent back the wrong ones so I would have what I needed, trusting me to return the wrong ones.
