Normally I love born shoes, but I have to say this is one of the absolute worst shoe that BORN makes. The back strap doesn’t stay on worth a darn. All the time that you are trying to walk, it wants to come off. Absolutely a bad investment in sandals.

I bought these to wear as a bridesmaid, and couldn't have been happier with them! The key was getting a wide. I have borderline medium-wide feet, and with the heel and the style, the wide made them very comfortable for walking around and dancing for hours.

I wanted a comfortable yet stylish shoe for a wedding I attended. This was the perfect shoe! The straps didn't cut into my feet the way some do. I would definitely buy this shoe again in another color as it comes in many colors. You can't go wrong with the Prissy.

I was very happy with this shoe. I needed a shoe for a wedding and because of my small size (5) foot could not find a shoe that fit. Someone at work recommended Zappos. I found this shoe right away; it is a very comfortable shoe. The price was reasonable and I would definitely purchase shoes from this web site again. Thanks.

Difficult feet -
This shoe is comfortable and very pretty. The first time I wore them to a family gathering and was able to think about things other than my feet! I have bunions starting and arch problems to the point of needing inserts - but not in these dress shoes! They are flattering, just the right size heel (I can't wear them too high or too low) and comfortable. The only problem may be the heel strap feels like it slides off, but it doesn't. By the way, these are my 2nd pair of this style shoe - I have the champagne color as well. Did I mention that for a dress heel they are comfortable?

Sexy sandal!
I bought this sandal a half size bigger than I usually wear since people said it ran small. It fit perfect! I bought it in brown and I loved it so much, now I ordered it in black as well!

Great, Comfortable Shoe -
I've had these shoes for about 2 years in the black leather and have worn them a lot! They are stylish, comfortable, and with my foot being a 4A in width, the 7.5 Narrow fits fine. Leather will stretch with wear and they don't fit as snug as they once did, but they aren't falling off my foot either. There's just not much negative to say about this shoe.

Great shoe - though higher heel than advertised -
Comfortable shoe and both interesting and good looking. The brown goes well for work and evening. The heel is higher than the 2 1/4" advertised. I measured it as 2 3/4". I still like the shoe and am enjoying it.

Cute shoe -
This was my first order from Zappos, great service and website. The shoe came very quickly without issues. I agree the shoe size is off and I needed a 1/2 larger than usual. The fit is great, looks very good on the foot. I am not a hard foot to size luckily or need special shoes for any reason. I had problems standing and walking continuously after 2-3 hours on hard concrete/marble type flooring and wasn't the plan when I wore them. But this is obviously not a work shoe. No blisters or rub areas after wearing the shoe for that long the first time so I would wear it again. Just hopefully for a shorter period of time or with sitting breaks. This shoe was more comfortable without stockings than with for me, possibly due to the lightness of the sling back holding it on the foot.

Love this shoe! Very delicate and feminine. The heel is a perfect height. It does run a little narrow though. I’m normally an 8.5 and I had the order 8.5W. A size 9M would have worked as well.

I bought the wide width shoe because I had a similar pair that was too narrow for me (medium width). This shoe I bought with a wide width and it wears even smaller than the other pair that was medium in width.

Love, love, love, these shoes. They are very flattering. You get the strappy look without all the uncomfortable straps. The heel is a very comfortable height. They run a little narrow so I had to go a size bigger than normal, but overall I would highly recommend these shoes.

This is a great shoe! Very stylish and completely comfortable. I wore these shoes to a wedding and never once got sore feet. I was impressed with the style – not something I think of for a Naturalizer. It does run about a half size small and a bit narrow. I have never worn a wide shoe but needed it for this shoe, and Zappos made it all easy and convenient. One night of shopping frustration at the mall and I came home and shopped Zappos. I had the shoes the very next day.

These shoes are gorgeous! Thanks to previous reviews, I purchased a half size larger than I normally wear and they fit fine. They were very comfortable for a heel, but after 8 hours, it felt good to take them off. In all fairness, I admit that I don't wear heels very often.

Incredible shoe - This shoe not only looks outstanding, it is extremely comfortable with the soft leather. It is a great shoe for the warm weather, I just slip them on my bare feet and I'm ready to go all day. The cut out design is great; it shows off my feet with just enough strappy leather to add that certain extra something. They go perfect with a nice pedicure! A return to classic heels like these is long overdue. With classic looking shoes like these out there, why would anyone wear those ugly chunky heels?

Bridesmaid's BFF -
I wore these shoes in a wedding I was recently in, and they were comfortable through the length of the ceremony and reception. I have wide feet, and they were definitely wide enough. They even look great as a casual shoe with jeans. I am very glad I made the purchase. I also took the recommendations and bought the shoe a half size bigger than normal, which ended up being a perfect fit.

These are beautiful shoes that have felt great while I've worn them around the carpeted areas of the house, so I can't say how well they'll do when on sidewalks or when standing/dancing. I'm only disappointed that more selections in Wide aren't available!! I'd probably buy more!! Love Naturalizer over all other brands for price as well as fit!

Highly recommended - This is the most comfortable heel that I own. I usually wear 3 inch heels, but wanted to be comfortable and I definitely found it with this style. It matched my dress perfectly. I got the most out of this shoe. When everyone else's feet were sore at the end of the night dancing at a wedding, mine were not sore at all.

This shoe was exactly what I was looking for! So thankful for the elastic being on the side and not in the back right on the Achilles - don't know why shoe makers do that! Could use some more padding, but other than that didn't rub or blister at all, so they were great. Wore them for almost 8 hours for a wedding and after dancing the balls of my feet were sore, but other than that, they were great!

Sexy shoe!
I purchased this shoe to go with a dress that is blue and a light chocolate color. This shoe was perfect. It looks very sexy on my foot and is very comfortable. I wear a 10 and it was a perfect fit. I am so pleased with the shoe and the service was outstanding! With the high cost of gas and limited time for shopping, using Zappos for the first time was a wonderful experience. You have my business.

I did something the other day that confirmed in my own mind how much I like Zappos. I wanted to buy a Tommy Bahama shirt for my husband. I had found a beautiful one online on another site, but just before I purchased, it occurred to me Zappos might have similar items. Indeed, Zappos does carry Tommy Bahama brand. I found a few shirts I liked, but not the one I really wanted. But I LOVE Zappos so much, I preferred to buy from you even if it wasn't exactly the same item. In fact, I got three shirts, knowing we could choose our favorites and send the rest back. Naturally, my husband loved all three so we are keeping them. It is a wonderful feeling to have confidence in a perfect service experience each and every time. You guys set the standard for all online purchases as far as I'm concerned. I tell people all of the time that Zappos is the best place to buy shoes--period. I will have to add that the other items are top notch and best of all come with the Zappos service.
