Cute Boot!
My daughter loves this boot, and has received many compliments. It's warm and versatile - looks adorable with skirts and jeans. Just what she had in mind. Amazing Zappos service had it to us so fast. We don't shoe shop anywhere else. Thanks, Zappos!

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
