Excellent!
Great fit, cute hiking (or city) shoe. Surprisingly light for sturdiness. I was concerned about the elastic cord vs laces for getting a good fit, but it works fine.

I bought these shoes a year ago and they are one of my favorites. They are unbelievably comfortable and incredibly well made. They show no wear at all; I have no doubt they'll last 10 years at least. I am sold on Tsonga.

Nice Shoe! I absolutely love this shoe! It is very comfortable – I couldn't be happier. And the lacing mechanism is ingenious! All shoes should be like this.

Great shoe!
This shoe was a great fit from day one. I have wide feet and high arches but it was comfortable and provides excellent support for my light hiking needs. I wasn't so sure about the pull-on design but it works great and hugs my foot like a slipper.

I love Merrell because they are so comfortable. This is my second pair of Merrell shoes, and I will be getting more.

 |  | We were having problems finding shoes for my son recently for a new job he was starting. When I placed the order, I forgot to choose express shipping and so I called to add that to my order. The person I spoke with was so great, she upgraded the shipping at no cost and said if these didn't work to call back and they'd get another pair to us before the deadline. Fortunately, the shoes fit perfectly and he looked great for his new job. I have experienced this great service before and will continue to order from your company.
