Spectacular Shoe/Sensational Service -
After exchanging the shoe for a full size larger, the shoe fits and I am wearing it! Thank you Zappos for the truly stellar exchange service. This shoe definitely runs small, so be prepared to order one size larger and enjoy the comfort that is Merrell.

Merrell boots rock -
The boots are overall great. Comfort wise there are no complaints what so ever. I suppose my only complaint is that my feet sweat a lot in them, possibly because they don't breathe well. Looks are surpassed by the comfort aspect. I bought them for winter use and hiking so I'm looking forward to breaking these suckers in properly.
