Good and warm -
I had searched all over my town for kids wool socks and couldn't find any but adult sizes. We were getting ready for a trip to Colorado and I needed them. I checked Zappos and there were some, so I placed my order late that evening. The next afternoon there was a knock on my door and there was my order. WOW! We were very pleased with the socks and they were cozy warm with the boots my child was wearing.

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service. Well let me tell you, you go above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
