It's been a while. I hope all is well with you and yours. This morning I received a pair of shoes back from one of your customers. I have to admit I was at a loss because I've not had a customer return shoes, purchased from you, directly to us. I called the number on the enclosed paper. (Good music by the way). My call was taken by a young man in your Call Center. And, that brings me to the point of this missive. I want to commend him on the way he handled my situation. He'd never dealt with a vendor return and wasn't quite sure what to do or how to proceed but proceed he did. He was very pleasant and very efficient. I am currently awaiting a UPS label which is being emailed to me. Being in Customer Service myself I am perhaps more aware than your average person of service. And, so many times, a good experience goes unmentioned with only the unpleasant highlighted. So, give him an "attaboy" from me. Please.
