This shoe is a great for casual outings. Size wise, I'm a 9, bought an 8.5 and it fit very well with no socks. True to color.

I wanted to replace some "checkerboard" Vans that were wearing out and I needed a slip on because I hate lacing my shoes when going in and out of the house. These Sperry's are a bit more upscale, have more cushion in all the proper places and are a more substantial shoe overall. But they're still perfect for wearing without socks. In fact they are much better than the Vans because they breathe through all of the little holes on the top surface. Rain does not seem to discolor or otherwise adversely affect the shoe. These are great with shorts or jeans. The fit was spot on for my regular size, 10 1/2, sort of skinny foot. After about 1 month of wear I think they are a great value.

Getting used to them still, but like them so far. Very thick insole is great, but also makes the "slip into" snug, but not uncomfortable. Well made. Sized down a half size. Wider than many in toe box for standard M.

Fantastic shoes. Durable and comfortable, once they get worn in. I bought these to replace an identical pair that were falling apart after some hard use. However, I continue to wear my old ones, especially without socks, until the new ones get more miles on them.

I've had mine (the suede style) for over a year now and still love them. Very comfortable and no break-in period needed, for me. The only problem is I have thus far been unable to find replacement footbeds for them. After much wear and occasional washings, the insoles are getting frayed around the edges and just not as comfortable but the shoes themselves still look practically new.

My first pair of Top-Siders. Comfortable, without socks, no chafing or blisters. I wear 11D and 11 fit me fine. Looks perfect with jeans or shorts. Nice summer shoe, easy to wash.

After I received the 2nd pair, I was ready to give up on the size. It was really rather comical, UPS would show up at the front door with another pair and I would hand him the pair I was returning, this was three consecutive days in a row. Finally, on that last day, I received "THE" pair and I only take them off to go to bed. The longer I wear them, the better they get. Further more, they just clean up with a few brush strokes. Great shoe, great price. Keep them in stock, I’ll be back as Arnold says.

Before buying them I read opinions from "the most comfortable I've ever had" to "it takes a while for them to break in". I liked the looks and deck clinging practicality of these boaters so much that I'm wearing them on land to hopefully break them in. I'm still waiting for it to happen.

I got these for my husband, I really love the look. They did need a break in period; he needed to wear socks with them at first, now he just slips them on without socks. These are his favorite shoes.

Saddle Largo -
I got the leather Saddle version of the Largo. Shoe's nice. There's some break-in period, as to be expected with leather shoes, but very comfortable. They look great in an understated way - which is exactly what I wanted. I usually wear a size 11 and had to drop down to 10 for these.

This shoe has a little more cushioning than the old original Sperry Top-Siders that my husband insisted on buying for the last 30 years--and it serves the same light-duty purposes. He also likes not fooling with laces. He has a medium-width, average sized foot (9.5) and this shoe fit well.

Love this shoe!
This is my second pair of these slip-ons. They are very comfortable and look great with shorts or pants. Easy to clean surface. Lightweight. Light and dark versions allow for multiple season wear. Definitely will purchase more.

NOT for bare feet.
I tried to wear these to work in and they are very rough inside. Great traction on the deck (wet or dry), but so tough on your feet that they make you tread very cautiously. 20 years working on boats and these are the first boat shoes that I took off after about 2 hours, they are now retired on a shelf. Mesh on top, rubber insert, perfect for being wet, but must wear socks to save feet. Slip-on is great for being in and out of a boat. The style will not look good with socks.

The shoe is good looking, comfortable, easy to care for and cleanup. Just drop in washer, then dry outside. Great shoe, great service, great customer service from Zappos. Zappos sets the mark on how customer service should be.

Some break-in time was needed for mine and a few days of wearing them did the trick. I don't wear socks with slip-ons and the inside of these were a little uncomfortable at first, but that's worn off now. One thing I do like a lot are the little air holes, I think they really help ventilate the shoe. Although I'm not disappointed I got these, I wouldn't buy them again.

Super slip-ons!
I bought these shoes for my husband. He's had been looking for slip-on sneakers for a while - he couldn't find anything he liked - I saw these, liked how they looked, with great reviews, and bought them. He absolutely loves them!! He says they are very comfortable and there was no "break in" period . . . comfy right from the start!

Look nice, but expect BLISTERS!
I have tried and tried again to like these shoes, but they continue to be tight around the foot opening and continue to get blisters. I am an active person and expect to be able to walk a day in a pair of shoes without pain. If you like to sit and look good, great shoe. If you are active, try something else.

This is my 4th pair and I have tried others, but these are the most comfortable everyday shoe I have ever had. No marathons, but general use everyday, you would be hard pressed to find a shoe that offers comfort at a better price.
