Love them -
I love these shoes! I got the red ones as I was sick of wearing the same black and brown all the time. I get tons of compliments. I've read the other reviews, but I disagree- they are extremely comfortable. Highly recommend them.

Cute, but not worth it...
Cute shoes, but they seem cheaply made. There was a strong chemical smell out of the box and the leather was very stiff. I agree with the other reviewer that the top of the shoe is hard and puts uncomfortable pressure on the foot. I don't know who these would work for as I have a very petite foot and found them painful. These are not pricey, but still feel like a much cheaper shoe. Great Zappos service though!

Cute shoes -
These shoes are really cute, but the top of them are really hard and create a bruise on the top of my foot. I'm of average build and would think that any one with a thick foot would find it extremely uncomfortable.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
