I just received this belt in the vanilla. I needed a new belt...been replacing all of my belts due to a weight gain... ugh! But! The weight gain has also filled out my face so I'm not complaining... except...I have to replace all of my belts! This one is a keeper. It's simple, perfect for all my summer jeans and capris. It's dressy enough to wear with skirts or dresses too. The gold plate isn't as large in person as it appears in the photo... on me, the plate is covered by the part of the belt that loops over which I prefer. Some might think this is a bit costly for a belt... but, believe me, when it comes to belts, invest a bit more in your leather goods... they'll last longer unless you gain weight like me.
