 |  |  | Hello, On April 29, 2008, I placed an order at Zappos.com. When I received an email confirmation, it indicated that my credit card was charged, but that I hadn't ordered any shoes. I called, was told there was a computer error, and was assured that it would be taken care of. Over the next hour or so, I received two more follow up telephone calls about my order. All of the customer service representatives were helpful and cheerful. The order problem was quickly resolved. Although I didn't ask for or expect it, my shipping was upgraded to overnight at no cost to me. Today, less than 24 hours after my order was placed, my shoes arrived. I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for the outstanding customer service! It seems that good customer service has faded away, particularly online.
