Awesome Bag -
I purchased this bag for my wife. She loves it! Plenty of room for a laptop and tons of other stuff. The laptop pouch has plenty of padding for protection as well. Lots of pouches and pockets. Extremely comfortable. Perfect size for traveling and work.

I decided on this bag based on already owning a Patagonia Critical Mass bag and wasn't disappointed. This bag is high quality and durable with lots of space and the padded laptop component is great. Strap is comfortable and adjustable and the Rainier Blue color is nice.

I bought this bag a couple of weeks ago and love it. I ride a bus to work and have to walk about half a mile to my stop, carrying 8+ lbs. of files and a computer. My previous bag didn't distribute the weight well at all. This bag carries the weight very comfortably. It doesn't have lots of little interior pockets (I'm buying a pencil case to carry all the little stuff), but the pockets it does have are expandable and really versatile. The larger outside pouch can carry a Gore-Tex jacket or a larger soft-sided cooler. The side expanding pocket can fit my blackberry and iPod (with wide cover) easily. In all, I love this bag and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this to use to commute to/from work. Its great, holds a laptop, my lunch, books. enough space, but not too big. Perfect size.

A good bag...
I bought this bag based on the other reviews. I was not disappointed. The one thing that is kind of a minor annoyance is that the bag will tend to tip over to one side when I have it flat on the ground, so I usually have it propped up against a wall of some sort. Other than that it’s been a good bag!

I bought this bag for my 10 year old daughter to use as a book bag. After the first bag we got was too small, this one was perfect. At first she wasn't sure about the bright green color, but now she says she wouldn't change a thing.

Great bag, not good for cyclists -
The size and organization of this bag is great for work or school use. I bought this to replace my Timbuk2 bag because my Timbuk2 bag was too small to carry 8.5x11 papers. Unfortunately, the strap doesn't get as short as I would like it to, so it's not good for cycling because it won't get high enough on your back. My laptops (both a biggish Dell and a MacBook) fit in the padded slot nicely (not at the same time!).

It's Not a Purse, it’s European!
Love this bag, carry it everywhere. Commute everyday to work with it, and great for travel. Great construction and great material. The laptop sleeve is perfect and the messenger style is very versatile or all my stuff. The bag could use an organizer for office supplies, but now I don't even notice. My only complaint is that the strap pad does not shift.
