I am a singer, and I ordered these boots in every color, and I just had to say that these are the most COMFORTABLE boots I have ever worn! And I have a high instep, and these are soft leather so my foot went inside EASILY! I absolutely LOVE these boots! And they look even better when you actually order them! I LOVE THESE! And let me tell you another thing. You won’t find boots like these any cheaper. For the price, you would have expected to buy the same pair of boots, but for that price I ordered all THREE. Trust me. You will love these!

 |  | I am so completely impressed with your customer service!! I placed an order for 2 pair of shoes on Wed, 5/7/08, at 12:57 pm PST. I received an email from your shipping department on Thursday, 5/8/08, telling me the
following: "Although you originally ordered Standard (4 to 5 business days) shipping and handling, we have given your order special priority processing in our warehouse and are upgrading the shipping and delivery time frame for your order. Your order will ship out today and be given a special priority shipping status so that you can receive your order even faster than we originally promised!" I received my shoes on Friday, 5/9/08. They both fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted. I am so excited. Your customer service is above and beyond. I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER and I will tell others about your company.
