AWESOME!
I am a singer, and I ordered these boots in every color, and I just had to say that these are the most COMFORTABLE boots I have ever worn! And I have a high instep, and these are soft leather so my foot went inside EASILY! I absolutely LOVE these boots! And they look even better when you actually order them! I LOVE THESE! And let me tell you another thing. You wont find boots like these any cheaper. For the price, you would have expected to buy the same pair of boots, but for that price I ordered all THREE. Trust me. You will love these!

On April 29, 2008, I placed an order at Zappos.com. When I received an email confirmation, it indicated that my credit card was charged, but that I hadn't ordered any shoes. I called, was told there was a computer error, and was assured that it would be taken care of. Over the next hour or so, I received two more follow up telephone calls about my order. All of the customer service representatives were helpful and cheerful.
The order problem was quickly resolved. Although I didn't ask for or expect it, my shipping was upgraded to overnight at no cost to me. Today, less than 24 hours after my order was placed, my shoes arrived.
I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for the outstanding customer service! It seems that good customer service has faded away, particularly online. It was refreshing to have such a smooth resolution to an order problem.
Thanks again! I'll be recommending Zappos.com to all of my friends.
