I ordered these for my son the afternoon of April 8. They were on my door step the morning of April 9. I personally think your customer service and policies are the best in your industry, you will always have my devote gratitude. Last summer not meaning to test you, you passed the TEST. I had to find hiking boots for my 6'4'' son with big feet (size 17 boots). You did what no other shoe or boot store could have done, you produced as many different sizes and styles of boots so that he could find the perfect fit. He did!
