	Hi Tony! I am a new customer, and ordered a pair of Donald Pliner shoes LAST night, and received them TODAY without paying any shipping!!!!!!!!!!! I have never had that kind of first class treatment without paying huge fees for overnight!!! How you do it I don’t know, but that kind of service will definitely make me a Zappos customer for life! I am calling my mother today and tell her about your company! She loves shoes as much as I do! Tony, YOU and your staff outdo them in selection and service!!!!!!!!!
