This is my first pair of Cole Haan shoes and I really like them. I wanted a neutral casual flat, easy on easy off, and this fits well for shopping and casual wear. They fit true to size and seem to be of good quality.

The shoes were too big, they seem to run according to scale. I bought the size up finding them too large. They are not firm enough for walking shoes and have little or no arch support. I need both. Very attractive to look at though.

Plastic!
I was looking for a dressed-up but comfortable mule that keep my toes toasty on a chilly morning and could transition into the heat of the afternoon by allowing some air circulation from the open heel. Well, I thought this was the one and was very pleased with it in the beginning (except for the somewhat cheap plastic look of the leather on the outside). Unfortunately, by the afternoon my feet were swimming in sweat. This shoe is made of non-breathable material inside and very uncomfortable if you sweat even the littlest bit. Sure enough, I had worn them by then for a day so can’t return. They're sitting in my closet unused now.

Unlike most Uggs, I found the fit on these to be pretty tight. I wear a 7-7.5, and the 7 is really snug. I have a high instep, and this is the part that I find tight. I am hoping they will stretch out!

Positive--comfortable slip ons. Negative--need prof help...
These shoes are comfortable. Because of the velcro closure, you can adjust the snugness to taste. I wore them a lot when I first bought them--the inside rubber liner came out of the right shoe and now has to be reinserted a few times when I walk very far in them. This happened after wearing them about a month. They need to go to the shoe guy now. I consider this a design flaw.

Cole Haan Mule -
I have worn the shoes a few times and gotten some compliments from friends. I like the look and the color I got, sort of ivory, goes with many of my outfits. For the most part, they are comfortable and my right size.
