	I could swear that my orders get to me faster than sales people bring them to me in the retail stores! Has anyone ever tried getting a shoe sales person in a department store? It's a zoo! I haven't bought any shoes from retail stores this year. Why bother? The salespeople could care less! Zappos sales associates care and they let the "customer" know that they care!!! I love Zappos!
