Great shoe! I was looking for a sandal but my daughter can not wear most with her narrow feet. These are not narrow but the velcro helps and they are open enough to keep down the HOT factor in the summer. THE SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL!!!

Great water shoe -
I was looking for a shoe that could get wet and still function for a toddler. This shoe works great. My daughter leaves them on her feet so they must be comfortable even without socks. Sometimes velcro gets worn out after repeated use but these are holding up great.

My daughter did not like these shoes at all. They were too tight on her foot.

Cute shoe, but stiff -
I bought this shoe for my daughter who is 2 years old. It's such a cute shoe, but the sole is very stiff. It hardly bends at all! Plus, my little girl is still not completely stable when she walks (she was a late walker), so this shoe really doesn't work for her. She does much better with Tevas - but perhaps when she gets to be a little older. The velcro straps are nice - and it makes for easy ons and offs. There is lots of ventilation in them, too - great for the pool. I just wouldn't recommend them unless your little one is walking with no problems.

On April 29, 2008, I placed an order at Zappos.com. When I received an email confirmation, it indicated that my credit card was charged, but that I hadn't ordered any shoes. I called, was told there was a computer error, and was assured that it would be taken care of. Over the next hour or so, I received two more follow up telephone calls about my order. All of the customer service representatives were helpful and cheerful.
The order problem was quickly resolved. Although I didn't ask for or expect it, my shipping was upgraded to overnight at no cost to me. Today, less than 24 hours after my order was placed, my shoes arrived.
I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for the outstanding customer service! It seems that good customer service has faded away, particularly online. It was refreshing to have such a smooth resolution to an order problem.
Thanks again! I'll be recommending Zappos.com to all of my friends.
