These are pretty solid shoes for the price. A little flat in the front so I bought some cheap padded inserts that helped a lot. Heel support is plenty out of box.

These are more of a high top shoe than a boot. They are light weight and very comfortable.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
