By far the best work boot I've ever worn. I'm a Stagehand, and never know what awaits me at a call, or what the trip to work will be like. These combine Timberland comfort with the protection and performance of Cat and Wolverine. Not only are they nicely breathable at a construction site on a hot summer day, they stay dry in the rain. And the treads are awesome on plywood, steel, gravel, and mud alike. Definitely worth their weight; they work just as hard as you do.

Not too impressed with this boot. I wore them around the house and they seemed okay so I decided to keep them… big mistake. The left boot fit fine, but the right was rather uncomfortable due to lack of width in the toe area. Also, the fact that they put round eyelets all the way up instead of the hooks makes them very hard to cinch up when tying the laces. They may be okay for someone with narrower feet, but mine are kind of wide. I personally would not recommend these boots to anyone.

Awesome Boots!!
I purchased these for my boyfriend who is not easy to fit! He has a wide foot and these fit beautifully! They are very well-made, look great with jeans as well as shorts, and will last a lifetime!

Great work boot -
This was a replacement boot for me; I had a pair of the magnum boots for at least 5 years, and needed a new pair for work. There was almost no break in time to these boots; just the lacing needs a little time to break in is all.

Good work boot -
I bought these boots for work and so far have been pretty impressed with them. They were comfortable from the beginning and didn't require any break in time. What did though was the leather on lacing. It would feel loose the first few days because it wouldn't tighten down very much, but since loosening up, it tightens fine now and feels more secure on my ankle.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
