These are the first pair of Ros Hommersons I\'ve bought and I\'m delighted. EXTREMELY comfortable shoe and a perfect fit. These shoes are pofessional looking yet feel like slippers on my feet. I\'ll be buying more Ros Hommerson shoes!

I love these shoes! They are comfortable for that size heel and very feminine with the ruffle. They do run 1/2 to 1 full size too big. I ordered a 13D and had to return them for a 12D. I have lost some weight but most other styles still fit fine in the 13D. Always excellent service with Zappos!

Tasteful pump but doesn't fit -
Has very nice detailing in the front, the heel line bumps out a bit far for my taste. I would have kept them if they'd fit, but the 6.5 WW, my usual size, was about .5" too long and even with pads my foot was slipping out. The width was good in the bunion area, a little crowded in the toe. I think I have large toes & have a lot of trouble finding stylish closed shoes that don't hurt.

Very comfortable, perfect color for the suit I purchased them to accompany. I am tall so had the heel taken off about a 1/2", making them perfect for me. Great style and quality, excellent Zappos price and service.

Love this shoe!
This shoe is both comfortable and beautiful. The elegant sole gives you a very polished look, as it peeps from in front of the heel as you walk. The pleating is feminine, yet you can still feel tough wearing this to power meetings. Love it!

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I have trouble finding shoes that fit, (B width with an AAAA heel). These were wide enough in the foot, yet didn't slip in the heel. The look isn't cutting edge, but it is perfect for business.

All-around nice shoe -
The first time I wore these shoes, I did so for 8 hours straight at the office and they were great. I am a 10 Wide, bought the 10W, and had to do with this shoe the same thing I do with all my wide shoes...get those non-slip heel pads because I don't need extra width at the heel. Other than that, they were quite comfortable and looked good and as pictured.

Cute Pump!
This is a cute everyday pump that is not too high like all Ros Hommerson shoes fits well and is comfortable from day 1.

Good Buy -
Although the heel is higher than on most of my other pumps (I had knee surgery a couple years ago and can't wear super high heels), this shoe feels almost as comfortable as a flat. No problem wearing it all day. I love the feminine look of the pleats.

Excellent business shoe, esp. when commuting -
This is a stylish, comfortable business shoe, especially if needing to walk any distances. It does hit higher on my ankle, requiring a band-aid. Still, love this shoe and will get another once this one wears out.

Comfy but...
I had to reorder because they were too big. I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear. The length is good, and so is the width (6.5W), but the ruffled part on my right food annoys me. Maybe it will flatten out or something. They are a good shoe for the office.

Great Basic Pump -
I found this to be a well-made, comfortable, basic pump for the office. The detail on the toe adds a little style. It seems to run a little big.

I wore these shoes first time for 8 hours; they remained comfortable all day! Good, classy look. I bought the dark brown and I'm going to order them in both the other colors.

Great fit, sharp looking shoe!
These shoes fit my terribly wide foot quite well and look nice with suits for work. My only recommendation to the manufacturer would be to add some more cushioning to the inside--make them more "aahhh" then "ok". Then I would buy pairs in every color!

Surprisingly Big!
This was one of two pairs of Ros Hommerson shoes I ordered as my first ever purchase from Zappos. Unfortunately both will also be my first returns. I have never worn any shoes smaller than a 7.5 in my adult life, but both pairs were so big I could comfortably fit my whole thumb inside the shoe behind my heel! It was such a shame really as they are beautiful shoes and fit perfectly in the width.

I wear an 8 or 8.5 WW and this shoe fits fairly well. The toe box is fine, but the heel is a little wide causing a slight slip. This shoe has nice detail making it more interesting than a plain old pump for those times I need a dressier look. Usually I opt for flats, but overall I think they're as comfy as a higher heel can be.

A wonderful shoe for the office!
This shoe is very stylish and comfortable. I have received compliments on it in the office and am very much enjoying it. The heel is a perfect height, tall enough for business wear but short enough to be comfortable.

Comfortable shoe with just enough heel -
This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time! I'm sure you all reading this with a (n extra) wide foot know just how difficult it is to find a stylish and comfortable shoe in one. Although there's a little heel slippage (I always have that so I don't consider it a bad thing), these are shoes that I can wear all day, walk around in, and not feel like I can't wait to get them off my feet. Stylish and dressy for both work and an evening out.

The best shoes ever!
I never give reviews but I had to put my 2cents in! These shoes are wonderful and I have them in 2 colors. I love ros hommerson brand shoes...love them so much I ordered 4 differ pairs. I am heavy set and I normally wore 1 1/2 heels but realized that skinny heels couldn’t hold my weight and couldn’t handle 5 mins in them so I gave up on high heels cuz I figured if I couldn’t handle 1 1/2 heels I couldn’t do 2 1/2" heels but these shoes are so comfortable I have no problem in them!

AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
