Feels like Athletic shoes -
I work in a factory and wear these under some very demanding conditions (Oil, Water, Coolant, Welding, Cutting, Machining, Etc.) .These boots have been through most any condition imaginable! They have held up great, and the comfort is unbelievable. I found myself cleaning them up and wearing them on the weekends, because of their comfort and they look good with jeans. After all that they are put through during the week, they still look great after a 5 minute clean-up. They were expensive, but the old saying that you get what you pay for, is very true. I wear them in the summer with shorts, and in the winter with coverall. You can't beat this boot, in my opinion.

Poor quality -
I thought these were great until I wore them longer than four hours. The insole has a seam that runs directly beneath the balls of my feet so that feels like a little stone all day. I kneel a lot and both leather toes wore out within three months and they are not even a year old and the soles are cracked on both shoes right across the balls of my feet.

Fantastic everything -
The service was outstanding, your website was very user-friendly and it was the best and easiest gift I could've ever given my husband. He is constantly on his feet and does miles of walking. He said that these boots were very comfy considering it’s a titanium toe boot. Light, comfy, just great!

So far I am pretty happy with this shoe. It is comfortable. The only complaint is it needs a little more arch support.

3rd pair, love them.
I am on my third pair of these. The only steel toe ever that is as comfortable as a pair of sneakers. My only fear is that Timberland will change them. I hope they never stop making this exact shoe.

Great Boot - Very Light -
I am a General Contractor and have gone through many boots in my career. These have easily been the best pair I've owned. They are extremely light. The only complaint is that the sole split and now water gets in. I've got to buy a new pair. I've had them for 2 years. None of my other boots lasted that long.

Nice Look but...
The boot looks nice and is ok if you are wearing it for a couple of hours, but for all day, it's not so comfortable. It doesn't have much arch support. I suppose you can add arch support on your own to fix this.

I purchased these boots for my boyfriend. He's an electrical contractor - so he's on his feet all day. He took the boots out of the box and wore them all day without having to break them in.
Last but not least, he said the boots were very comfortable and lightweight...Plus, they look good too!

Timberland PRO's Titan 6" Titanium Toe -
This work boot is very light and comfortable, considering the titanium toe protection. It also looks good, not your standard yellow work boot.

Zero break in out of the box. So light I threw out my Red Wings. I'm on my feet all day outside, or if raining in the shop. My feet didn’t ache at 5 pm like my old boots.

I purchased these boots 2 years ago (Oct 2004) and have worn them just about everyday since. I am a Handyman/Carpenter and do everything from climbing ladders, walking on shingle roofs, doing landscaping, installing trim work on hands and knees, and carrying heavy loads of wood and tools and these are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I have worn several boots over the past 20 years and these are the first that don't tire my feet/legs by the end of the day. My only complaint is that as of today I need to replace them. The soles on both shoes have cracked (more like sliced) in the same spots. I am kinda "bummed-out" because the rest of the shoe is holding up fine and it's not designed to have the sole replaced. Soo...time for a new pair. I highly recommend these shoes and I suppose I got everything I could out of these things over the last 2 years.

This boot took a little breaking in but was comfortable in a few days. It is very light weight and yet built tough. I would like a little higher arch but I think that is due to my arch being very high. I would gladly order this shoe again. I think I might need a new insole with a higher arch. I work on concrete all day and I am not disappointed with this boot comfort

Great boot but wears out.
My husband and most of his colleagues own this boot. After less than a year, about nine months, the boot begins to wear and crack right behind the titanium toe. The sole cracks, lets in water etc. ALL of the boots are doing this on all the guys.

Best boot I've ever had -
I have been a pipefitter in an East coast shipyard for 13 years now, and these Timberland Pro's are the most comfortable, longest lasting, and lightest work boot that I have come across. A great value for the price (which is competitive as well). After a long day at work, I do not feel like my legs and feet are about to fall off as was the case with other nationally famous brands of work boots. I highly recommend these boots.

Great shipping faster than I expected this are the lightest boot I've seen or felt havent worn just got them but they feel great so far I will try them over the next two week on an offshore drilling rig that will be the real test.

Little rollers help -
The rollers help give you a fast snug fit with a minimum of fumbling, the out of the box fit is excellent. So far it is great, hope it lasts as long as red wings...

Nice looking, light boot, but no arch support -
This boot looks great. The leather is extremely soft and is very easily scuffed. These boots are extremely light for work boots. The big downside for me is that they have little arch support. I have a hard time wearing them all day. Why can't Keen or Birkenstock make steel-toed shoes?!

Nice Boot -
The Boot is nice and light and reasonably comfortable. It's a fairly high voulume boot so if you have narrow feet you will need a thick sock or new (thicker) insoles.

I had to install a Dr. Scholl's insert to get the comfort I was looking for but don't let that fool you. This shoe is very light and well worth the money. I work 12 hours a day walking on pavement and loose gravel and these shoes feel good all day long.

As a retired golden ager, I had to think long before making this purchase. Foot care for a diabetic is VERY important. I have been very happy with these boots. The fit is perfect, no break in required. The titanium toe offers protection, with no significant extra weight. I have worn these boots every day since the delivery. (They arrived several days early because Zappos generously upgraded my order to overnight delivery at no extra charge.) I highly recommend these boots, and I highly recommend Zappos.
