Duribility Deficient. Comfort is awesome, can't deny that to the office manager that does his daily walk arounds to show he deserves his job, but for us who are out there working our knuckles white and our feet raw, these boots will not hold up. I work at an aircraft load chief in all weather conditions. These boots fell apart after 7 weeks of work. The tip grip came unglued, the leather is split from the sole, the soles are warn down to almost nothing, the stitching is coming out and the eyelits are loose. I wish the comfort matched the quality, but since to me quality is comfort for my pocket, I give it 1 star, sorry timberland, go back to your drawing board, I'm going to redwing.

I have had these boots now for a year and every day the keep getting better and better. I work for a very large construction company in the office but I am required to go into the construction site daily and I must wear safety toe boots at all times. These are the boots I wear! I can wear them all day at work, come home and go out with my wife and spend half the night in these boots and my feet are still not tired. I have hiked in these boots and I wear them on the weekend when I am out and about in town. These are just great all around boots. If you think you might not like them you are wrong! Try them, you will love them just as much as I do.

Good light weight safety toe boot -
Like the boots, however the 9 1/2 which I always wear, was too small, toe was right to the tip of the boot. Replaced them with a 10 and they are just a touch too long but better having a little extra room than having them too tight. However I think the 9 1/2 would have stretched enough once worn for a few days. If I had to do it again I would have worn the 9 1/2 for a week or so in the house. My goal was to find a light weight comfortable safety toe boot. I like the idea of having the weight of the boot with the description.

They look good but hold up bad...
They're comfortable and stylish but they're not a serious work boot! The front bit of sole that extends onto the tip of the boots came unglued after only 3 months of use. Avoid them if you intend to use them as your daily work boot!

I love it -
Fits true to size and comfortable inner soles. It doesn't feel like any other average boots. Soft upper leather for flexibility and comfort for walking.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
