Needs a platform. I own these shoes, and love them. But I wish this Ros Hommerson bootie had a platform, which would raise the forefoot, pad the ball of the foot, and make the very high heel more comfortable. I don't wear these as much as I would like to, because my foot feels like it's right on the pavement, and the heel pitches my whole posture forward. Platforms are in style, and better yet, they really improve the comfort of a high heeled shoe.

Excellent shoe! True to size and width. Soft leather; feels great on the feet! These shoes will conform to your foot to give a custom fit! Plus they are amazing with boyfriend jeans and jacket!

I love these shoes! I wear a 7.5 D and the shoes fit my feet perfectly. I thought I could handle the 4" heels, but after wearing them in the house for about 10 minutes I knew there was no way my feet and knees could deal all day long. If they made this shoe in a 2" heel, I'd be all over it.

Loved these shoes! got the medium width as suggested and they fit perfect. I wear them with dress slacks as well as jeans and i just love em. I just ordered the black/white too! Enjoy!

A bit extreme for my taste.
I found these shoes to be very fashion-forward, but maybe a bit too young for my taste. The 4 inch heel placed too much pressure on the forefoot, so it was uncomfortable. They are extremely cute, however!

Cool shoe!
These shoes are wonderful. They're classy and stylish - I have them in all black and the black and white. They are a little on the narrow side (I have a very wide foot), and when I ordered a half size larger than I usually get, they were perfect!! The red sole makes them very bold. A caveat -the heel is very high - it seems higher than 3". I appreciate that Zappos carries wide shoes that are also pretty and in style. Thanks so much Zappos!

Great shoes!
I love these shoes. I purchased the black and leopard style. They are very comfortable and extremely stylish. It is so wonderful to find shoes in my hard to fit size. Some Ros Hommerson's shoes that I've purchased before felt narrow - these do not feel narrow at all. They are extremely comfortable.

Dream Shoes!
I was so impressed by these shoes the minute I saw the box! I have a wide foot and normally order a C. After reading the reviews that this shoe runs narrow I ordered the D in my normal size of 8. They fit like a glove! I'm so glad I heeded the reviews. They have a 4 inch heel and I'm not used to that height which is why I gave them 4 stars for comfort. I plan on wearing these around the house for a few days so I can get used to them. They are well worth the money and I'm so pleased that I bought them.

My first experience with Ros Hommerson -
The shoes went on a bit stiff. Since I have super high arches I had to add my Dr Scholl's arch supports, which fit in very well, and then my feet were in shoe heaven. I had ordered my exact size, in wide (D), and had no problem with the inserts. My 20-year old daughter loved the look of the shoes. So, I am glad I ordered these shoes, and believe they will serve me well. Thank you Zappos, another hit.

Go for the wider size -
I bought this in medium and to get your foot past the laces was a real challenge, although I regularly wear a medium I returned it for a wide and it fit just fine. The arch is steep but there is enough cushion inside for comfort.

My first experience with Ros Hommerson and it's a good one. I ordered these mainly just to check out the brand--I need a wide and I'm always looking for more variety. And I already have a pair of high-heeled patent oxfords. But these are very comfortable and very attractive. I got the animal print, so they're fun, too. I'll definitely consider Ros Hommerson for future purchases.

High Stylin' + Comfort= Great Shoe -
Got lots of compliments on this one. The heel IS high, but there is some padding in the ball of the foot and it is wide enough to let your toes spread to help support you. I actually ran down the hall in them! Can't say that about any other heels I own. Wish Zappos had more like these. (I wear and 8 1/2 WW in flats, but a 9W in heels for most brands.)

I have never bought a cooler looking shoe that felt great as soon as I slipped them on. No breaking-in period, a great fit without giving up fashion or comfort. I have the black and white, might have to get more. Love these shoes!

Very sexy shoe, but couldn't walk in them -
This shoe is beautiful, but it feels more like a 4 inch heel than a 3 inch. Maybe it’s the way it’s cut, I felt I was on tip toes, or maybe I'm not very used to 3 inch heels (I do have a couple of others, but they don't feel this way). If you can handle the height, they are very comfortable and roomy without making your feet look big (I am an 11W). I really wanted to keep them because I think they look hot.

Great option in wide widths!
If you're cursed with feet as wide as mine are (read: extra wide), you'll be happy to have this as an all-too-rare option for something stylish in a high heel. The width was perfect, which is unusual (I often struggle to get my feet into shoes, even those marked "wide width"), and these look fantastic with the pants I wear to work. Warning to those who aren't used to high heels: These will make your feet tired by the end of the day. I'd have given them a 4 1/2 stars if that were an option, but they're really not bad. If they had a little bit of a platform, they'd be more comfy, but they're fine if you're just walking around an office, etc. The laces are a little stiff and don't feel quite as secure as I'd like, but that's a tiny quibble and easily fixable if it bothers you too much. Since getting anything remotely stylish in an extra wide width is next to impossible, I'm thrilled with these. I bought them in the black/black (and love the red sole!), but I might order the animal print, too - that's how fabulous these are!

Thanks to Ros Hommerson, those of us with WW feet can buy a stylish shoe that fits! My 9WW's fit comfortably, with room to spare (that's a good thing for my bunions). This style is all the rage this year, and I love it. Well made with nice detail. A bargain for the price. The heel on this bootie is very high, and I wish it had a rubber platform in the front to provide more cushioning, and to bring the feel of the heel down a bit. But they sure look good and are nicer than I expected for this brand!

This shoe actually fits my wide foot and is cute and stylish which is hard to come by. I got the one with the animal print just for a change because I always end up buying black shoes.
