I bought the Honey Los as they looked to be a kind of faded pastel with oranges, tans, whites, and greens. They are much brighter in person. Very cute. I bought an 8 and an 8.5 as I was not sure which would fit. The 8, my normal size, was a great fit. (I tend to wear 8.5 for athletic shoes). There was plenty of room in the toe area. I even slipped in a gel heel insert and my toe is still not against the front of the shoe… which is nice. They are super comfy and super cute. The plaids are different on each shoe… kind of goes against my sense of balance, but I actually really like the fact that they are different. Needed a walking/bicycling shoe for Italy and I think I have the perfect pair! Really, really cute in person.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
