I agree with the previous review...the picture doesn't do this pair justice. They are gorgeous on and really make an outfit pop...lots of compliments and they make your legs look sexy!

Love these shoes -
I found these shoes in a department store and I had to try them on. At first, I was trying them just for fun, however, they were extremely comfortable and very sexy. I ended up buying these (although I usually wear flats) and after wearing them for a 6 six hours at work, they were still comfortable. I am rarely comfortable in heels, but these are great. They also look MUCH cuter in person... the picture doesn't do it justice! My new favorites!

 |  | Hello! I know as an owner of 2 retail and lodging websites that sometimes you only hear feedback from customers when they are UNHAPPY! So I am writing to first thank your customer service rep for her great customer service I received yesterday afternoon! I had been aggravated when I contacted her for live help because I ordered these same shoes from another internet company almost a month ago, who charged my credit card immediately, but never heard back from them and never got a response to my many emails (they list no phone # to contact the company on their site!) of the status of my order and obviously never got my Birkenstock shoes I ordered for my very sore feet. So imagine my HUGE SHOCK when my FedEx deliveryman just pulled up to my house just now with my shoes I ordered from YOUR company YESTERDAY AFTERNOON! I live in California and was assured by your rep that I would have these shoes before I go on vacation at the end of next week- but never imagined that less than 24 hrs after ordering them - the shoes are on my feet! I do all my shopping online and now will be your biggest customer! Quite nice to find a company that in this day and age still strives to make customer service a high priority, what I insist on in my own companies.
