Underwhelmed -
I got these in a size 10 grey, but sent them back. The grey didn't look as good with dark denim jeans as I had hoped. Also, they pinched a bit and the buckle on the strap was slightly off-center, which seemed odd.

 |  | I just wanted to drop you a line to say how awesome I think Zappos is. Yesterday afternoon around 4:00pm PST, I placed an order specifying 3-day shipping. By 7:00pm I had received a notice that you had expedited my order and upgraded my shipping at no additional charge. I looked this morning and the shoes are already on the UPS truck on their way to my house for delivery later today. You guys rock! This is awesome customer service. Please keep up the good work.
