	I know how in business it's rare to hear the "good stuff" from customers and that good deeds often go unnoticed. So I would like to take the time to thank you for the upgrade in shipping of the product that I purchased. It is a birthday gift for my husband who, like most men, waits until the last minute to give any suggestions as to what they would like.
