As with all products I have bought at Zappos these are top quality. If my Dachshund "MAX" tries to get them I know they must be good. These do feel a bit narrower, next pair I\'ll order wider ones. The overall workmanship is above average. I use them around the house all the time.

Nice slipper, very comfortable, good price. My only complaint is that the insole is not well attached, which means that when wearing them without socks, removing the slipper pulls out the insole.

LB Evans - A great and Comfy Indoor Slipper -
Nice and comfy. Feels like a shoe but is a sleek indoor slipper. Mine last for approximately 2 years before I buy another pair and I wear the heck out of them. Worth the money and well made. I had fuzzy or flat footed slippers, these suit my needs well. Now my wife wants a pair!

Cruise "shoes"-
Actually, I purchased these leather slippers to wear to dinner each night when my wife and I are on a cruise. Since I had surgery on both feet, I can no longer wear my dress shoes without discomfort. The leather L.B. Evans Duke Opera slippers look enough like "real" shoes to fool most of the ship's guests. I'm looking forward to a comfortable cruise!

Very nice slipper, but runs small -
This is a great quality slipper on top. The sole is definitely not made to wear outdoors. I'm waiting for the next bigger size to be in stock, because my usual size was too short.

I purchased a pair of LB Evans Duke Opera slippers and wore them only inside on carpeted floors. Within six weeks after purchase, the heels of both slippers were totally frayed. In addition, the rear seam has separated.
I then contacted the LB Evans company directly, and they essentially said "too bad!"
I've paid $10 for slippers that lasted 3-4 years. I certainly had no idea that in spending over 4 times as much that I would be lucky to see even 4 MONTHS of use.

A bit snug -
I wear a 12 EEE shoe. I ordered a 12 EEE of this slipper. It was way too tight. I then exchanged for a 13 EEE. It is not too bad, though still quite tight in the width. The back already seems to be a bit long, so I do not want to try the 14 EEE. I guess I have the best I can get. Hopefully, it will loosen up with time and usage. Notwithstanding this experience, shopping at Zappos is the best!

Very Casual-
A cool pair of shoes that really define the term casual. Just put some trousers, pants or jeans and you're simply ready to hit the competition. I felt at ease plus they look great.

These are great slippers, especially for someone with a high instep. The uppers are excellent but the thin leather sole and heel are very thin and do not last for much more than one year.

At first my husband was not happy that I bought him a new pair of slippers. Most of us prefer the old, down in the heel frayed ones we've been wearing for many years. To my delight he switched immediately to this new pair and loves the comfort and great style and feels better walking out to get the paper every morning.

ok, but.........
I was looking to purchase a Daniel Green slipper, but apparently, it is no longer manufactured. This one seemed to be close to the one I love and still can't throw out.
When I recieved this one it felt a little snug which I attributed to it being new. I left a shoe tree in the shoe for severly days hoping to stretch it a bit and make it more comfortable without harming the shoe. It did seem to be a bit more comfortable but still not the same. I now realize that the cut of the slipper on the side is almost down to the sole on the Daniel Greeen pair while the middle of the new is cut more like a shoe coming straight across to the front piece.

My husband had an old pair and I couldn't find any stores that carried this type of slipper. Zappo's.com was wonderful. As for the slippers, my husband finds them very comfy. I ordered a half size larger than he normally wears.

The slippewrs were a present for my father . He used to wear some like them when I was a little girl. After surgery my father wanted to have slippers to wear, but found that all the ones locally were too narrow and not comfortable. I had ordered some other products from you and thought that perhaps you would have the slippers that he wanted. It was a great christmas present.
