I just wanted to say HURRAY for your customer service. I have had to return two pair of Keen in this past year because of defective merch and I'm so overly satisfied with your prompt and ease of service. I've already rec'd my son's pair of replacements for his torn Keens (only worn twice!!!) and I hadn't even returned the torn pair yet. (I just returned them today.)
