Class act shoe -
This is a beautiful shoe---that sums it up! I bought it, in part, because of the reviews and I am glad I did. Perfect for that "dressy' event or with jeans. (The silver looks great with nude colored stockings.) Another Zappos and Pliner winner.

Love this shoe!!
Comfortable, classy and fun to wear. Looks great with skirts or slacks. Would love a pair in black but my size is sold out. Bummer!!

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
