These shoes are simply the best. I am on my feet 12 hours a day and a good, stylish pair of shoes is a terrific find. I wore these out of the box straight away and found them to be true to size with the right amount of support. I have no problem with my experience at Zappos, from purchase to wearing it has been a pleasure.

I like this Dr. Marten very much. The cut is snug but roomy at the same time. My feet feel well supported and comfortable even after hours of walking. They are light enough to wear all day and great in the cold weather.

These shoes are my favorite shoes in the entire world. I wear 9.5 normally but I have a pair of size 9's and they fit fine. It didn't take me very long to break them in, only a week. THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE after you break them in... and they go with anything I wear.

I LOVE ZAPPOS -
I had to order and send back 3 times because the sizes just weren't right. And every time I received a friendly and helpful rep. I would order at 10 at night and have my shoes by 4pm the next day. Even the returns and re-orders were fast. I have bragged to everyone about the service. I will definitely order again!

This pair of shoes is a very different fit from other Dr. Martens. They are narrower and just feel different on the feet. They take a little getting used to but once they are broken in, they are wonderfully comfortable. But it does take time to adjust.

I don’t recall if Dr. Martens make these in half sizes. In either case, I wear an 8 1/2 but ordered size 8. If I wear them with thick socks they are a little tight, but with thin socks they fit good.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
