Love my new Haiku Bag! I have several Coach Bags and enjoy all of them. However, the Haiku is wonderful; lightweight, roomy, great color combo and very stylish. It can go anywhere I do, dressed up or down. The fact that it is so earth friendly, user friendly is an advantage. Being able to cross over shoulders (or same) is another plus. It is secure and I feel good wearing it! Someday I'll get the matching wallet (or not matching!).
Other brands recommended by reviewer: There are some other bags with great color combo\'s, I would have been happy with anyone of them.

I was looking to get a smaller diaper bag that did not look like a diaper bag. Something that was manageable and stylish, but still held the essentials. I am so glad I went with this bag! It's the perfect size for everyday outings with my daughter. I'm looking into getting the next largest bag for longer trips.

I love this bag! It went everywhere with me on a trip to Europe. Hands free, across the body safely with a locking clasp. Had no concerns about theft and I always get a ton of compliments and questions about where I got this bag. Highly recommended!!

LOVE my new Haiku bag! I've had it for about a month now and it's great. I was so tired of having my other bags come crashing down when I leaned over. This stays put. I love the cross body style and the size and pockets are extremely functional and allow me to stay organized. Have had tons of compliments and always recommended Zappos! This was my first purchase and it won't be my last... Excellent customer service and love the fast (and free) shipping!

I love this bag! I took it to Japan, and it fit my water bottle, guide book, wallet, kleenex packet, and various other stuff. Everyone else had a back pack, but I was ripped off from my back pack in South America, so I wanted to keep a closer grasp on my belongings and not make them available in the subway to anyone behind me. A friend who traveled with us in Japan admired my bag. This order was to send her the same bag as a thank you gift. The only criticism I would have is when this bag is stuffed for a while, the rectangular rings that connect the shoulder strap to the bag, tend to shift, so the strap does not lay flat, but instead, is compressed on the short end.

I love it!
This is the greatest bag/purse I've ever owned. It's functional and beautiful and matches nearly everything I wear. I love all the pockets and it even has a place for my water bottle. I'm completely satisfied with it!

Love this bag. It has so many pockets...some with zippers to fit all the many things you need. Two problems-the front pockets are so wide that occasionally my phone has slipped out; fortunately, I have been able to find it before it was lost. Secondly, I have several frayed edges on the strap.
You CAN carry a lot of things w/o the material of the bag weighing you down too.

Beautiful but impractical -
I love, love, love the looks of this bag, but sent it back. My main complaint is the strap. It bunches up and is very flimsy, not comfortable to carry for any length of time because it cuts into your shoulder. Bag itself is also very stiff and heavy when loaded, and this was only with my large wallet that contains my checkbook. I'm looking for a light weight carry-on for medication, toilet articles, books, a little extra clothing (after being stuck in Paris overnight because of 1 inch of snow and not being given access to my luggage). Sorry Haiku

Well constructed, classy design, lots of room. Only two small complaints... first, the strap slides off your shoulder a bit and second, the material is very stiff and it has taken a while for the side pockets to open up, but I love the side pockets for a bottle of water or whatever, so I wouldn't change anything... but the fabric is stiff (therefore durable!).

I really like this bag; it looks great and has lots of pockets to store things for my toddler. The pockets for the water bottles are a bit small and so far I haven't found any bottles that fit them. If they were bigger though the bag would be too bulky. Overall a great purchase.

This is a cute bag! It was a little bigger than I expected, but still not too big or bulky. I stuffed it full with my everything-you-could-ever-need stuff and it all fit. The strap will occasionally slip off my shoulder, but that's okay since this bag works for me!

I really liked the look of this bag, which was a major determining factor in why I bought it. However, the size is awkward and it doesn't hold much. I thought about returning it, but decided to try to make it work. Big mistake! Now I'm stuck with a bag that really doesn't suit my needs.

A stylish messenger style bag - I ordered this bag after seeing someone carrying another Haiku bag. I loved the look and was looking for a messenger-style bag that had style and wasn't enormous. It is beautiful and roomy with lots of pockets. I can even throw in a lean cuisine and an apple after all my personal stuff. The side pockets are wide enough for a small bottle from the store but not a bottle you would buy in an outdoor store, but I've managed to fill them with other things if I'm not carrying a small water bottle. It has a lot of pockets but I can actually remember where everything is in this bag. I really love it and would buy another one. I gave the look 4 stars because I think that one big side pocket would be enough for one water bottle.

Great everyday bag -
I've had this bag for 3 months and carry it just about everyday. It's real light, but not flimsy. The main pocket is on the small side, but there are so many different compartments, I always know just where to find something. The bag still looks great - no signs of wear.

This holds everything. The buckle on the front is annoying. I think a secure snap or velcro would have been better. The shoulder strap dug into my shoulder after a while but still it fit the bill traveling with my 4 year old. It's not stylish but more utilitarian.

Awesome bag, one complaint - The only problem my wife has with this bag is that the shoulder strap slips off pretty easily. She thinks it would be nice if it had a curved shoulder pad that would help it stay on a little better. All the pockets are great for organizing and it's the perfect size. It's not too big to carry everywhere but it's large enough to use as a day-trip diaper bag for our twin girls.

Nice bag. Not as big as expected. The picture of it on the model is deceiving. Good for going out when you don't have to carry much. My daughter liked it so that said a lot to me. Colors are very nice.

This bag is a terrific organizer, and so durable and trendy looking. My only complaint is that the strap is rough on my shoulders. I prefer a shallower bag because I find it hard to see all the way to the bottom of such a deep bag. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

I'm finally organized - I use this as my every day bag. It's great because there are just enough pockets to keep me organized. I have sunglasses and keys in each outside pocket. Cell phone and iPod in each of the pockets under the flap (they would fit a lot more though), and my reusable grocery bags in the back zipper pocket. After I have filled the inside with my other purse things, I still have plenty of room in it to put any extras I need for my toddlers. (I still take a diaper bag for big outings though.) The side pockets are small, they fit sippy cups okay if you are using as a diaper bag or would hold a small water bottle, not a large one. It is a bit of a heavy bag, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars on comfort. It's well made and super cute. SUPER FAST shipping too – got it in less than 12 hours!

I let my daughter use my bag for a 2 week trip to Ireland. This bag looked great, worked great and was comfortable. It was a tad heavier than I would have liked, but she did not mind. The light interior was great for finding things.

THE BAG ROCKS!
The only tiny thing I could say to improve on the bag is to make the opening a bit wider - as is; it's a bit narrower than the bottom of the bag. Other than that, I love it and it's functional and I get compliments on it.

I love this bag!! The side pouches are good for a water bottle. There are 2 zippered areas and one velcro. I can wear it as a sling bag. A good size that is not too big and gets too heavy to carry.

This bag really does do everything they claim. I've crammed a book, magazine, lunch, water bottle, wallet, keys, makeup bag, iPod, etc. into it and it held it all. I get a lot of compliments on it too, even from my husband! My only small complaint is no pad on the strap, but I'm pretty much over that one. It's a great every day bag and I would recommend it to any woman on the go.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
