This was my first purchase from Frye. I typically wear a size 8 M, even though I have a wide foot I seldom have an issue with a medium width. This shoe is cut very narrow, it didn’t fit me at all, so sad to send them back because they are nicely made with an original style.

I love these shoes! I recently purchased the green ones and am thrilled by the look and quality of this shoe. It felt very comfortable from the moment I put it on. I instantly stood for several hours in them and had no discomfort at all. They are clearly very well made but also gorgeous and sexy! So happy!

Not quite as nice as the boots...
As a big fan of Frye boots, I thought I'd try a pair of their sandals. The craftsmanship is always excellent with Frye and these are no exception. They look great and are very comfortable ON the foot. However, they're not so comfortable for walking. The footbed doesn't have a lot of padding, so I've found that the ball of my foot gets pretty sore if I'm walking around all day. Still, for a heel of this height, they're not so bad. My feet are also somewhat flat, so they may work better for someone with more pronounced arches. Overall very nice looking, but not an everyday shoe.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
