 |  |  | Dear Zappos: I just received my new shoes the next day after I placed the order. I have been trying to find a particular pair of shoes and have tried many different manufacturers and styles. Finally, I found a pair that is just what I was looking for! Somewhat by accident and somewhat by chance... since Zappos gives a shopper the ability to view the shoe from many different angles, it helped me narrow my search. I have been a loyal customer and will continue to do so. Thank you Zappos, you always do exactly what you say you will do. I am very satisfied and for anyone reading this, if you are like me, accepting a shoe that is close to what you are looking for because you can't find exactly what you want is a little disconcerting, especially when it comes to your feet. I think I might by another pair for storage, so when they wear out I don't have to go through the process of finding the right shoe again.
