I got these shoes for my husband and he loves them! Usually, he hates dress shoes but this particular style blends comfort and style excellently. Highly recommended!

Too Grandpa-esque - Bought these for my husband, and they're obviously great quality and seem comfortable, but they're headed back because they look older in person. Just a heads-up: these are more function than fashion, to be sure.

Despite that this shoe is made in China I have to say I'm impressed. This shoe is exceptionally light, feels great on my foot, very comfortable, and people notice these.

This shoe is advertised as light, and it sure is, I think it is too light to be comfortable. I like to know that there's something on my foot. The soul of the shoe feels like a rubber foam (why it's so light), it seems like it would wear through in no time. I didn't wait to see if it would; I sent them back.

New shoes -
I bought these shoes for my 26 yr old son who is trying to get a full time job teaching I told him to pick his shoes out at Zappos. These shoes were here the day after we ordered them. Well needless to say he tried them & they fit perfectly. He is a big man with a 14 foot. He was concerned about not trying on but with Zappos it’s too easy. You send them back no charge with UPS. He was so happy! I said now he looks more like a teacher. LOL

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
