This is quite a good looking shoe and seems to be well made. However, the warm inner lining seems to make it run a bit small, and the soles are sturdy but not at all flexible. We decided to opt for a more flexible shoe instead. If you go for this one, I\'d order a 1/2 size up.

These shoes are cozy and cute and have nice arch support for those looking for an alternative to Uggs slip-ons. They go on easily, but stay on and my ten year old loves these to wear to and from ice hockey practice. However, they do run small because of the fleece lining. Order up a half size. And, if your child has a high instep, please know that they may not fit at all, even if he or she can typically wear Merrells. The extra thickness of the fleece may make these shoes too tight. One of my daughters can wear them and sadly, the other can not.

These Merrells are the best. True to size and so comfortable. Easy to clean and durable. My daughter loves them and I love how they keep her feet warm up here in NH. She can run in them without fear of them falling off. She hasn't worn them to PE class in school, but I bet they would be just fine. I am going to continue to buy this shoe for my daughter.

Zappos was great to deal with. The origianl size that I ordered did not fit, and Zappos made it convenient with free shipping and free returns (1 day turnaround) to get the size we needed. This shoe is awesome! My daughter loves them and keeps trying to wear them now, even though it is 80 degrees outside. We can't wait for cooler weather to wear them.

I shop for my granddaughter and I am very pleased with all that I have to choose from. I want her to be dressed well and sometimes I go overboard because of the huge selection of kids shoes. I want her to have a pair of all.

I purchased the browm suede Merrell's for my niece for Christmas (to match a beautiful sweater dress) and the fit, color and design of the shoe could not have been more perfect! She loved them...as did everyone else!

Got these for my 5 yo grand-daughter, she opened the box, put them on at 6AM Christmas morning, 12 hours later she still has them on. She thought they were very "COOL and purple, my favorite color" Zappos ya never let me down!

Fantastic shoe!
Not only is this shoe stylish, but it's warm and cozy and comfortable- just like a slipper! This was one of the only shoes my daughter wore to NYC (and walked several miles in) without complaining about her feet hurting. No blisters to complain about, either! I love these shoes (I have them in my size, too), and I'm glad they make them for children. My daughter LOVES these shoes, too! I bought them for her in 2 colors so far. They are SOOOOO worth it!

Love this shoe -
My seven-year-old loves her new pink fuzzy Merrells. These tend to run a little small (perhaps because of the fuzzy lining), so I would recommend ordering a half to a full size larger than usual. These are tagged as shoes for girls, but my son really wants some too.
