Love my Rollerblades!
I first saw this skate on a girl on the boardwalk here in Huntington Beach, CA. She was gliding with such ease so I asked her what brand skate she wore and she said they were by Rollerblade, said they were a great skate and very comfortable. She skates at least three days a week around 8-10 miles. So, I went online to Zappos and ordered. She was right, such a nice skate, nice fit, very comfortable, a great performance skate, great mechanism that tightens the laces by pulling on a lever and another to tighten around your ankles. Very quick and easy. It looks intimidating, but I found it to be very easy, just a push of a button and a pull on a lever and the skates tighten. I love these skates!! I have had many pairs of inline skates in the past, but never a pair that was as comfortable as these. And Zappos.com was great as I returned two pairs because I just couldn't seem to get the size right and turned out I should have just ordered my shoe size…unlike most skates, these run very true to size. I highly recommend this skate to anyone looking for a comfortable, performance skate.

I was greatly impressed with the level of customer service at Zappos! I received the first pair of shoes in less than 24hours - after trying the shoes in my carpeted apartment, I decided to try a size smaller
and called Zappos. Again I had the new shoes in less than a day, and the return of the first pair was extremely easy. The shoes were by Ara, Portland 40017 - the fit was perfect at 1/2 size smaller than my normal size. The shoes are absolutely beautiful. However, I was sorely disappointed that they are not made of leather. I just assumed that shoes for $143 would be leather, and they are only leather lined. I have other shoes that are patent by Bally, and they ARE made of leather. I still continue to wear the shoes but they feel "hot" since they do not breathe the way leather shoes would. I would (am) highly recommending Zappos and will definitely order more shoes from you!
